Grounds Maintenance
Hortech Limited provides a complete range of grounds maintenance activities ranging from prestige international company headquarters to once a year tidy ups. All clients large or small are given a single point of contact and whether it is the local Contracts Manager or our Head Office based Helpdesk for some of our larger contracts, the commitment to service delivery is the same.
Because we remain a wholly owned company there are no commercial boundaries to protect and therefore the whole of the company’s resources and expertise are available for all to draw on as and when required.
Working in collaboration with our clients, sites are reviewed on a regular basis to identify where design changes or innovative methods can be introduced to both enhance and improve service delivery usually leading incidentally to cost savings.
As a consequence of the diversity and large number of sites on which Hortech Limited operates we do carry out a number of reinstatements and repairs arising out of incidents involving damage to the landscape environment either within or immediately surrounding our clients’ sites. This can range from simply forking out wheel ruts to rebuilding dry stone walls
Hortech operates a 24 hour Duty Manager system for our clients which is most often invoked for damage to trees or security breaches
